My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were very clean and tidy, unfortunately, they were dated and the noise was horrible. On the bright side, they were available with 2 beds, which was convenient.

The service was super friendly and very helpful. It was way above par and very courteous. The staff even helped us with our troubles related to altitude sickness.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The rooms are very nice for such a reasonable price, extremely comfortable and quiet, and pretty good size. The service is the icing on this luxurious cake, super friendly, and very helpful. The location is perfect for access to Zona T, unbeatable in the heart of the shopping district with excellent restaurants all within a short safe walking distance. Dining was a fantastic buffet with lots of choice and very fresh produce.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying a comfortable room with great isolation, although there was some noise. The service was generally good, but with minor room for improvement. The location was exceptional, surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of fresh food choices. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting my needs during my stay.
